Lind Invest presents Annual Report 2025

2025 was a strong financial year for Lind Invest. It was a year with overall positive financial markets, which also impacted our investment results. We find our return on equity of 17.3% after tax satisfactory, taking the development of the financial markets into consideration.

Based on our investment result, Lind Invest generated profit after tax of TDKK 1,787,760 for 2025.

The result exceeds our expectations as outlined in the outlook for 2025 in last year’s annual report. The better-than-expected performance is attributed to the success of our investments and our continued ability to navigate in being both opportunistic and having a long-term view at the same time.

2024 was a strong financial year for Lind Invest. It was a year with rising financial markets, which also
impacted our investment results. We find our return on investments satisfactory taking the
development of the financial markets into consideration.

Based on our investment result, Lind Invest generated profit after tax of TDKK 1,338,292 for 2024.

We find the performance satisfying. The result exceeds our expectations as outlined in the outlook for 2024 in last year’s annual report. The better-than-expected performance is attributed to the success of our investments.

Sale of Danske Commodities is complete

Equinor completes the acquisition of the power and gas trading company.

Danske Commodities announced today that Equinor had completed the acquisition of the Aarhus-based power and gas trader for EUR 400 million, thus Danske Commodities is no longer part of the Lind Invest Group.

“Equinor is a strong owner to accelerate Danske Commodities. This is an exciting new chapter,” Henrik Lind states, founder and CEO of Danske Commodities and owner of Lind Invest.

Lind Invest sees no changes to the investment strategy.

Henrik Lind appointed as CEO of Danske Commodities

The Board of Danske Commodities announced today that Henrik Lind has been appointed as CEO to build on the company’s profitable growth and further strengthen its position as a key player in the European energy markets.

Henrik Lind has served jointly as interim CEO of Danske Commodities with Chairman Peter L. Ravn since 8 August while the Board undertook a recruitment process for a new CEO with an executive search firm. Henrik Lind has resigned from the Board of Directors and has been succeeded as Vice Chairman by Volker Beckers who joined the Board in January 2016.
