Lind Invest and all subsidiaries are subject to the following policy, which aims to bring into focus the under-represented gender in management of the group companies.

This policy, and the target figures within this, are likewise intended to make sure that the entire group meets the requirements of the Companies Act on targets within policies on gender composition of the top management body.

This policy is based on women as the under-represented gender, due to the group’s current gender ratio.
